Valid Marriage: If you wish to have your marriage validated, you will need to meet certain requirements set forth by the State of Nevada:
- The couple must be over 18 years old.
- The couple must appear at the Las Vegas Registry Office (Clark County Marriage Bureau) where an Officer will verify their identities (Passport). In the case of US Residents, it may be the Driver's License.
- Unapproved separation or divorce, as well as bigamy, are impediments to the officialization of marriage in Las Vegas.
- The couple must pay the $105 Marriage Registration Fee, which must be paid to the Officiant at the Las Vegas Registry Office.

Symbolic Wedding: This is the most sought-after option because it does not require any type of bureaucracy.
If you choose an unofficial ceremony, you will not need to appear at the Las Vegas Registry Office in front of the Officiant, nor will you need to pay the $105 fee.

You, like the vast majority of people who come to fulfill their dream of getting married in Las Vegas, can simply opt for a symbolic wedding ceremony.
We recommend that couples reserve the date with our team at least 60 days in advance.
We emphasize that the recommended minimum is 30 days, however, any change of date and/or time will be more restricted within a short period of notice.
There are no extra charges regarding the value of the packages. The fixed value is the amount to be paid.
We remind you that what is stated in each package, as well as our Regulations, must be observed.
We have a Team that will meet you at the Hotel or Venue where the Ceremony will be held, welcoming you and preparing you for the Ceremony.
Our Team is based in Las Vegas and all communication will be done online until the date and time of the scheduled appointment to meet with you.
Rescheduling: To change the date or time of the ceremony, we ask that the change be made at least 30 days in advance. If the request is made with less than this deadline, a fee will be charged. The viability of the location and the availability of dates and times of the Professionals involved must always be considered.
Cancellation up to 30 days in advance: If cancellation occurs up to 30 days before the event, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, minus the 50% deposit that was used to secure the reservation of the space and the availability of the professionals.
Cancellation less than 30 days in advance: Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance will not be refunded.
If the person is arrested and/or hospitalized for health reasons, he/she must present original and official documents from the institution and/or agency in question, as well as from the professionals who provided the appropriate care. In this case, he/she will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the amount paid, given that it was used to ensure the reservation of the space and the availability of the professionals.
