Cancellations and Unforeseen Events?

Rescheduling: To change the date or time of the ceremony, we request that the change be made at least 30 days in advance. If the request is made with less notice, a fee will be charged. The feasibility of the venue and the availability of dates and times of the professionals involved should always be considered.Cancellation up to 30 days in advance: If the cancellation occurs up to 30 days before the event, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, less the 50% deposit that was used to secure the reservation of the space and the availability of the professionals.Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days in advance.If the person is arrested and/or hospitalized for health reasons, they must present original and official documents from the institution and/or agency in question, as well as from the professionals who provided the care. In this case, they will be entitled to a 50% refund of the amount paid, considering that it was used to secure the reservation of the space and the availability of the professionals.By confirming the reservation, you declare, for all legal purposes, that you have read and agree to the conditions established for the provision of this service.
