The client can choose the time for the ceremony. However, the time may be subject to change depending on the availability of the professionals and the venue. After payment, our team will contact you to confirm all the details of the wedding or vow renewal ceremony in Las Vegas.
Regarding the transportation service:
Shipping costs vary depending on the package.
Some Ceremony Packages include transportation from the Hotel to the Wedding Venue and return to the Hotel of origin.
When the package includes a Chapel Ceremony, transportation will be according to the chosen package.
Any transportation upgrades can be arranged directly with our company, Casar em Vegas.
If the newlyweds wish to explore within or outside the city, the couple must arrange their own transportation.
The official wedding ceremony is not only for those residing in the United States. Couples residing in other countries can also hold their wedding ceremony here in Las Vegas and officially register their marriage in their country of origin.
The most common practice is for couples from other countries to have a symbolic wedding or renew their vows.
Yes, it is possible to formalize the union in your country of origin. Check the fees for the marriage registration process in your country of origin.
If you choose to have an official wedding, to facilitate the legal marriage process, the couple can fill out the form in advance. At the registry office, simply hand the documents to the notary. The process fee is US$105, and must be paid directly on site in cash. To access the form: Click here .

Punctuality Policy
Under no circumstances will delays be tolerated. Punctuality is essential. If the Bride and Groom or guests do not arrive at the Ceremony venue or at the agreed transportation location at the stipulated time, the ceremony will be cancelled and it will be necessary to reschedule, with an additional fee being charged, taking into account the availability of the Professionals involved, as well as the Ceremony venue. There will be no refund in case of cancellation due to delay by any party involved (Bride and Groom or guests).
Ceremony Time
One very important aspect is the duration of each ceremony held in Las Vegas. This time is a maximum of 15 minutes, starting from check-in. It is unchangeable and non-negotiable. This is the standard policy for any wedding or vow renewal ceremony here in Las Vegas.
Photos and Filming at the Chapel
Filming and/or photography of any kind, or broadcasting the Ceremony online, is not permitted in the Chapel. If this rule is not followed, the chapel staff may interrupt the Ceremony and request that those responsible for the infraction leave the premises, without the right to reimbursement.

Rescheduling, Cancellations and Refunds
About the Budget-Friendly Ceremony Packages
Rescheduling:
To change the date or time of the ceremony, we request that the change be made at least 60 business days in advance. If the request is made with less notice, a fee will be charged. The feasibility of the venue and the availability of dates and times of the professionals involved must always be considered. If rescheduling is not possible, there will be no refund .
Cancellation up to 30 days in advance:
If the cancellation occurs up to 30 days before the event, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, less the 50% deposit that was used to secure the venue reservation and the availability of the professionals.
Cancellation with less than 30 days' notice:
Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance will not be eligible for a refund.
If the person is arrested and/or hospitalized for health reasons, they must present original and official documents from the institution and/or agency in question, as well as from the professionals who provided the necessary care/procedure (consult for the required supporting documents). In this case, they will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, less 50% of the package price, considering that this fee was used to secure the reservation of the space and the availability of the professionals.

Note for all Best Places Ceremonies: In the event that the ceremony cannot be held due to force majeure, such as severe weather conditions, airspace restrictions, or risks to the safety of those involved, the ceremony will be rescheduled for a future date, always taking into account the schedules of all professionals involved. If rescheduling is not feasible, the ceremony will be canceled without refund due to force majeure.
All refund and/or chargeback procedures will be subject to processing fees, regardless of the amount, as well as processing times for any return.
*Regarding the Dream Ferris Wheel Ceremony - VIP:
Rescheduling:
The Casar em Vegas team cannot guarantee the rescheduling of the Ferris wheel package, given the venue's schedule, specifically the private Ferris wheel capsule, and the availability of all professionals involved in this event.
If we find it possible to change the date and time, a fee will be charged to make this change. If rescheduling is not possible, there will be no refund.
Cancellation up to 30 days in advance:
If the cancellation occurs up to 30 days before the event, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, less the 50% deposit that was used to secure the venue reservation and the availability of the professionals.
Cancellation with less than 30 days' notice:
Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance will not be eligible for a refund.
Regardless of whether the person was arrested and/or hospitalized for health reasons, presenting the original and official documents from the institution and/or agency in question, or any documents from the professionals who provided the care/procedure, will have no effect . Because in this case, they will also not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid. These are the casino rules, governed here in the United States.

Regarding Wedding Ceremony Packages in Chapels with Elvis:

Reservations made less than 15 (fifteen) days in advance:
The client declares to be aware that, in case of purchase of any ceremony package with less than 15 (fifteen) days' notice in relation to the intended date for the event, an increase corresponding to 50% (fifty percent) may be applied to the total value of the contracted package, depending on the payment method.
The client declares to be aware that, in case of purchase of any ceremony package with less than 7 (seven) days' notice in relation to the intended date for the event, an increase corresponding to 50% (fifty percent) will be applied to the total value of the package.
This increase is justified by the need for immediate team mobilization, urgent confirmation from suppliers, administrative procedures, and logistical adjustments essential for the proper execution of the ceremony within the tight deadline.
All refund and/or chargeback procedures will be subject to processing fees, regardless of the amount, as well as processing times for any return.
Regarding Traditional Wedding Ceremony Packages in Chapels:
Rescheduling:
To change the date or time of the ceremony, we request that the change be made at least 30 days in advance. If the request is made with less notice, a fee will be charged. The feasibility of the venue and the availability of dates and times of the professionals involved must always be considered. If rescheduling is not possible, there will be no refund .

About the Bride's Day and Groom's Day Packages

The Casar em Vegas team cannot guarantee the rescheduling of the Bride's Day and Groom's Day packages, given the schedules of all the professionals involved in this event.
If we find it possible to change the date and time, a fee will be charged to make this change. If rescheduling is not possible, there will be no refund .
Cancellation up to 30 days in advance:
If the cancellation occurs up to 30 days before the event, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, less the 50% deposit that was used to secure the venue reservation and the availability of the professionals.
Cancellation with less than 30 days' notice:
Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance will not be eligible for a refund.
If the person is arrested and/or hospitalized for health reasons, they must present original and official documents from the institution and/or agency in question, as well as from the professionals who provided the necessary care/procedure (consult for the required supporting documents). In this case, they will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, less 50% of the package price, considering that this fee was used to secure the reservation of the space and the availability of the professionals.

Regarding Helicopter Ceremony packages:
The helicopter can accommodate up to 6 people, who will be weighed before boarding the aircraft because the maximum weight cannot exceed 1,170 pounds (530 kg).
If you want to add a seventh person, you will have to pay an additional fee, remembering that the maximum weight limit of 1,170 pounds (530 kg) must be respected.
The ceremony will take place at the Grand Canyon in Arizona, where the couple will declare their vows, make a toast, take photos, and the Minister will deliver a speech. The official acceptance, as well as the documents, will be done in Las Vegas, either at the Maverick hangar or on the aircraft, within the state of Nevada, due to state law.
Rescheduling:
The Casar em Vegas team cannot guarantee the rescheduling of helicopter packages, given the aircraft's flight schedule and the schedules of all professionals involved in this event.
If we find it possible to change the date and time, a fee will be charged to make this change. If rescheduling is not possible, there will be no refund.
Cancellation up to 30 days in advance:
If the cancellation occurs up to 30 days before the event, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, less the 30% deposit that was used to secure the venue reservation and the availability of the professionals.
Cancellation with less than 30 days' notice:
Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance will not be eligible for a refund.

About the Decoration Packages:
Rescheduling:
The Casar em Vegas team cannot guarantee the rescheduling of decoration packages, given the schedules of all the professionals involved in this event. It should also be taken into account that a variety of products will be purchased, some of which are perishable.
If we find it possible to change the date and time, a fee will be charged to make this change. The cost will be recalculated considering the need to repurchase products. If rescheduling is not possible, there will be no refund .
Cancellation up to 30 days in advance:
If the cancellation occurs up to 30 days before the event, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, less the 50% deposit that was used to secure the venue reservation and the availability of the professionals.
Cancellation with less than 30 days' notice:

Regarding Ceremonies at Caesar's Palace - VIP:
Rescheduling:
The Casar em Vegas team cannot reschedule any of the Caesar's Palace packages due to the venue's limited availability; the casino's reservation rules for these private areas are extremely strict. These specific event packages involve numerous professionals whose schedules will also be compromised by these and other events.
Therefore, please be aware that after making your reservation, you will no longer be able to change the date. If you wish to change the date and/or time of the ceremony, you will have to pay again the equivalent of 50% of the package price, and there will be no refund of the amount previously paid.
Cancellation up to 120 days in advance:
If the cancellation occurs up to 120 days before the event, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, less the 50% deposit that was used to secure the venue reservation and the availability of the professionals.
Cancellation with less than 120 days' notice:
Cancellations made less than 120 days in advance will not be eligible for a refund.
Regardless of whether the person was arrested and/or hospitalized for health reasons, presenting the original and official documents from the institution and/or agency in question, or any documents from the professionals who provided the care/procedure, will have no effect. This is because, in this case, they will also not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid. Remember that these are the casino's rules, governed here in the United States.

About the Area 51 Ceremony - Exclusive (Area 51 - Alien Ceremony)

Regarding outdoor ceremonies:
What happens if it rains? It very rarely rains here.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure:
In case of bad weather (rain or strong wind) the Ceremony will be cancelled. This applies to all Ceremonies that are held outdoors.
If possible, we will try to reschedule the date and time of the Ceremony, based on the availability of all professionals involved, for a later date.
If the ceremony cannot take place due to force majeure or circumstances beyond our control, there will be no refund of the amounts paid.
Regarding Standard Decorations for Outdoor Ceremonies: The installation of the decorations will be subject to weather conditions. In case of strong wind, rain, or other adverse situations, the setup will not be carried out.
Under these circumstances, there will be no refund, since the impossibility of installation is due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

About Helicopter Tours:
Cancellation due to weather conditions or force majeure.
In the event of cancellation of the helicopter flight due to bad weather conditions, safety issues, or force majeure events that prevent the activity from taking place, the client will not be entitled to a refund.
Casar em Vegas strictly follows all safety guidelines and protocols determined by airline authorities and the company responsible for the flights. For this reason, cancellations in these circumstances are made exclusively for the safety of the participants.
All refund and/or chargeback procedures will be subject to processing fees, regardless of the amount, as well as processing times for any return.
Regarding Promotional Packages:
All wedding ceremony packages that are on promotion are subject to the following rules:
Payment Method: 50% of the total amount must be paid upfront via Pix transfer on the day of contracting. The remaining 50% can be paid via Credit Card (in up to 12 installments) also on the day of contracting.

To change the date or time of the ceremony, we request that the change be made at least 90 days in advance. If the request is made with less than this notice, a fee will be charged. The feasibility of the venue and the availability of dates and times of the professionals involved must always be considered. If rescheduling is not possible, there will be no refund .
Cancellation:
This package was purchased under promotional conditions. For this reason, in case of cancellation, there will be no refund, regardless of the date of the request.
Regarding payments in general:
All payments will have their due dates stipulated and will be duly recorded in a Contract signed between the Client and Casar em Vegas. If the client fails to make payments on the stipulated date, a daily penalty will be charged as per the Contract. A delay of 3 (three) days will be considered Automatic Cancellation, without the right to a refund.
By confirming the reservation, you declare, for all legal purposes, that you have read and agree to the conditions established for the provision of this service.
