The client can choose the time for the ceremony. However, the time may change according to the availability of the professionals and the location. After payment, our team will contact you to confirm all the details of the wedding ceremony or vow renewal in Las Vegas.
About the transportation service:
Transportation is according to each package.
Some Ceremony Packages include transportation from the Hotel to the Location where the Wedding will be held and back to the Hotel of origin.
When the package is for a Chapel Ceremony, transportation will be according to the chosen package.
Any transportation upgrades must be booked by you directly with the Company that provides the service.
If the bride and groom wish to travel within or outside the city, the couple must arrange their own transportation.
The official wedding ceremony is not intended only for those who reside in the United States. Couples who reside in other countries can also hold their Wedding Ceremony here in Las Vegas and have their marriage officialized in their country of origin.
The most common option is for couples from other countries to have a symbolic wedding, or to renew their vows.
However, it is possible to have the union officialized in the country of origin. Check the amount of fees for the marriage officialization process in your country of origin.
If you choose to have an Official Wedding, to facilitate the legal marriage process, the couple can fill out the form in advance. At the registry office, simply hand the documents to the notary. Punctuality Policy
Under no circumstances will delays be tolerated. Punctuality is essential. If the Bride and Groom or guests do not arrive at the Ceremony venue or at the agreed transportation location at the stipulated time, the ceremony will be cancelled and it will be necessary to reschedule, with an additional fee being charged, taking into account the availability of the Professionals involved, as well as the Ceremony venue. There will be no refund in case of cancellation due to delay by any party involved (Bride and Groom or guests).
Ceremony Time
A very important aspect is the length of each Ceremony held in Las Vegas. This time is a maximum of 15 minutes. It is unchangeable and non-negotiable. This is the standard policy for any Wedding Ceremony or Vow Renewal here in Las Vegas.
Photos and Filming at the Chapel
Filming and/or photography of any kind, or broadcasting the Ceremony online, is not permitted in the Chapel. If this rule is not followed, the chapel staff may interrupt the Ceremony and request that those responsible for the infraction leave the premises, without the right to reimbursement.

Rescheduling:
To change the ceremony date or time, we request that the change be made at least 30 days in advance. If the request is made less than this time, a fee will be charged. The feasibility of the venue and the availability of dates and times of the professionals involved must always be considered. If rescheduling is not possible, there will be no refund.
Cancellation up to 30 days in advance:
If you cancel up to 30 days before the event, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, less the 30% deposit used to secure the venue and the availability of the professionals.
Cancellation less than 30 days in advance:
Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance will not be refunded. If the person is arrested and/or hospitalized for health reasons, they must present original, official documents from the institution and/or agency in question, as well as from the professionals who performed the appropriate treatment/procedure (see the required supporting documents). In this case, they will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, less 30% of the package price, as this was used to secure the venue reservation and the availability of the professionals.
Note for all Best Place Ceremonies. If the ceremony is impossible to hold due to force majeure, such as severe weather conditions, airspace closures, or safety risks, the ceremony will be rescheduled for a future date, always taking into account the schedules of all professionals involved. If rescheduling is not feasible, the ceremony can be relocated to the Elvis Chapel, which we provide.
All refunds and/or refunds will be subject to processing fees, regardless of the amount, as well as a processing timeframe for any refund.
*Regarding the Dream Ferris Wheel Ceremony - VIP:
Rescheduling:
The Casar em Vegas team cannot guarantee the rescheduling of the Ferris Wheel package, given the venue's schedule, that is, the private Ferris Wheel Capsule, and all professionals involved in this event.
If we determine the possibility of a change in date and time, a fee will be charged to make this change. If rescheduling is not possible, there will be no refund.
Cancellation up to 30 days in advance:
If you cancel up to 30 days before the event, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, less the 50% deposit used to secure the venue and the availability of the professionals.
Cancellation less than 30 days in advance:
Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance will not be refunded. Regardless of whether the person was arrested and/or hospitalized for medical reasons, presenting original, official documents from the institution and/or agency in question, or even any documents from the professionals who performed the appropriate treatment/procedure, will have no effect. In this case, they will also not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid. These are Casino rules, governed here in the United States.
All refunds and/or chargebacks will be subject to processing fees, regardless of the amount, as well as a processing timeframe for any refund.
About Chapel Packages with Elvis:

Regarding the Bride's Day and Groom's Day Packages
Rescheduling:
The Casar em Vegas team cannot guarantee the rescheduling of the Bride's Day and Groom's Day packages, given the schedules of all professionals involved in this event.
If we determine the possibility of a change in date and time, a fee will be charged to make this change. If rescheduling is not possible, there will be no refund.
Cancellation up to 30 days in advance:
If you cancel up to 30 days before the event, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, less the 50% deposit used to secure the space reservation and the availability of the professionals.
Cancellation less than 30 days in advance:
Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance will not be refunded.
If the person is arrested and/or hospitalized for health reasons, they must present original, official documents from the institution and/or agency in question, as well as from the professionals who performed the care/procedure (see the required supporting documents). In this case, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, less 50% of the package price, as it was used to secure the space reservation and the availability of the professionals.
All refund and/or chargeback procedures will be subject to processing fees, regardless of the amount, as well as a processing timeframe for any return.
About Helicopter Ceremony Packages:
The helicopter accommodates up to 6 people, and they will be weighed before boarding the aircraft, as the maximum weight cannot exceed 1,170 pounds (530 kg).
If you wish to add a seventh person, you will have to pay an additional fee, remembering that the maximum weight limit of 1,170 pounds (530 kg) must be respected.
At the Grand Canyon, located in the state of Arizona, the ceremony will be held, where the couple will declare their vows of love, make a toast, take photos, and the Minister will deliver the ceremony speech. The Official Acceptance and the documents will be completed in Las Vegas, held at the Maverik hangar or on the aircraft, within the state of Nevada, due to state law.
Rescheduling:
The Casar em Vegas team cannot guarantee rescheduling for helicopter packages, given the flight schedule of the aircraft and all the professionals involved in this event. If we determine the possibility of a change in date and time, a fee will be charged to make this change. If rescheduling is not possible, there will be no refund.
Cancellation up to 30 days in advance:
If you cancel up to 30 days before the event, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, less the 30% deposit used to secure the space reservation and the availability of the professionals.
Cancellation less than 30 days in advance:
Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance will not be refunded.
If the person is arrested and/or hospitalized for health reasons, they must present original, official documents from the institution and/or agency in question, as well as from the professionals who performed the appropriate care/procedure (see the required supporting documents). In this case, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, less 30% of the package price, as this was used to secure the space reservation and the availability of the professionals.
If the ceremony is impossible to hold due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather conditions, airspace restrictions, or safety risks, the ceremony will be canceled. If it cannot be rescheduled for the following day, or within three days (always taking into account the schedules of all professionals involved), no refund will be issued.
All refunds and/or refunds will be subject to processing fees, regardless of the amount, as well as a processing timeframe for any refund.
About Decoration Packages:
Rescheduling:
The Casar em Vegas team cannot guarantee the rescheduling of decoration packages, given the schedules of all professionals involved in this event. Consideration should also be given to the purchase of various products, some of which are perishable.
If we determine the possibility of a change in date and time, a fee will be charged to make this change. The cost will be recalculated to account for the need to repurchase products. If rescheduling is not possible, there will be no refund.

If you cancel up to 30 days before the event, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, less the 30% deposit used to secure the venue and the availability of the professionals.
Cancellation less than 30 days in advance:
Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance will not be refunded.

About Ceremonies at Caesar's Palace - VIP:
Rescheduling:
The Casar em Vegas team cannot reschedule any of the Caesar's Palace packages, given the venue's schedule. The Casino's reservation policies for these private areas are extremely strict. These event packages specifically involve numerous professionals, whose schedules are also compromised by these and other events.
Please be aware that once you make your reservation, you cannot change the date. If you wish to change the date and/or time of the ceremony, you must pay a new 50% of the package amount. There will be no refunds.
Cancellation up to 30 days in advance:
If you cancel up to 30 days before the event, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, less the 50% deposit used to secure the venue and the availability of the professionals.
Cancellation with less than 30 days' notice:
Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance will not be refunded.
Regardless of whether the person was arrested and/or hospitalized for health reasons, presenting original and official documents from the institution and/or agency in question, as well as any documentation from the professionals who performed the appropriate treatment/procedure, will have no effect. In this case, you will also not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid. Please note that these are Casino rules, governed here in the United States.

About the Area 51 Ceremony - Exclusive (Area 51 - Alien Ceremony)

About Helicopter Tours:
Cancellation Due to Weather Conditions or Force Majeure
In the event of cancellation of a helicopter flight due to bad weather conditions, safety issues, or force majeure that prevent the activity from taking place, the client will be entitled to a refund of 30% (thirty percent) of the total amount paid.
Casar em Vegas strictly follows all safety guidelines and protocols established by the air authorities and the company responsible for the flights. Therefore, cancellations under these circumstances are made solely for the safety of participants.
All refunds and/or refunds will be subject to processing fees, regardless of the amount, as well as a timeframe for processing any refund.
